About this Video

When the next crazy documentary comes about, lauding the next (or perennial) diet fad, will you have the intellectual tools to see through the dogma and to the truth? Will you be able to communicate to clients and friends the upsides and downsides of the content? In this lecture, I'll run through a list of critical thinking tools to use when approaching the ideas of healthy eating so that you can be prepared for the next round of food-centered insanity!
