Michelle Bernard has trained adults, children, and seniors in exercise and Hatha yoga
for over twenty years. She developed a children’s yoga program that was used by
both the CUNY schools of New York and the New York City Department of
Education. She’s also the author of LEAN HAPPY HEALTHY YOU, a book that
integrates the utilization of mind, body, and spirit in health and fitness and BEYOND
WORDS—FINDING FULFILLMENT BETWEEN THE LINES, that explains why and how
you can use journaling to shape a life that makes you smile.
Michelle is currently creating an online fitness and lifestyle community for women
who think it’s groovy to be strong, spirited, and wild called LIVE ABOVE ORDINARY.
