About this Talk

Welcome to the fast-moving age. These days you’re privy to numerous healthy eating plans that claim to be the best. What’s most confusing is that none of them resemble the healthy eating plans that worked thirty years ago. No wonder you’re moderately overwhelmed. Farming and food production have dramatically changed over the last thirty years. So have you. Increase your awareness around what and when you’re choosing to eat. Additionally, become aware of who you are now so you can eat for strength, clarity, and longevity. In my talk, I’ll share simple ways for you to dial down the inner stress around eating, so you can fuel a harmonious body and mind today.
