Getting older does not mean you can't reach your goals. After getting serious about my nutrition and training at the age of 54, I want to show you how you can reach whatever goals you have no matter how old you are. It's never too late.

I am a 59 year old strength coach, owner of Susan Niebergall Fitness, and Co-Coach in the Syatt Fitness Inner Circle.
