Coach Karen is the Founder of Barbell Fit Strong, an organization dedicated to helping people achieve excellence by following its simple & effective training philosophy, “Eat. Train. Recover.” Barbell Fit Strong applies this training through digital coaching, seminars and corporate wellness events. At 47 years old, Karen has education & certifications in nutrition, fitness & sport. She is currently a USA Powerlifting coach, competitor, referee & meet director. Powerlifting is a family affair too, her husband and teen children enjoy participating in the sport as well and you’ll find them at any USAPL meet in the Upstate of South Carolina.
