Dr. Adam Gonzalez Ph.D., CSCS*D, CISSN is an Assistant Professor at Hofstra University and has been researching the effect of nutritional supplements on exercise performance and training-induced adaptations for over 10 years. Dr. Gonzalez has authored or co-authored numerous scientific articles in some of the top-tiered journals of applied physiology and sports nutrition. His primary research interests include exercise and nutritional strategies to optimize body composition, maximize health and performance, and enhance adaptations to resistance exercise.
