About this talk

About 10% of all Canadian Armed Forces war veterans will be diagnosed with PTSD. Many are subsequently no longer able to carry on with their work and that can lead to further complications, namely: weight gain, sleep disruption and declining physical fitness. In this talk, I'll discuss the importance of a habit based, anti-inflammatory nutrition protocol aimed at rebuilding and healing our country's heroes.
