About this Talk

Most of us know how to lose weight, but for many the struggle is in getting ourselves to be consistent enough in our eating and training practices to run successful fat loss diets and achieve sustainable changes. Setting up realistic, achievable goals according to the trade-offs we are willing to make is a great starting point. Within the diet, creating good, healthy habits that will carry over into maintenance phases is critical in preventing yo-yo dieting and dysfunctional food relationships. Finally, some strategies, mental games, and personal habit formation tracking can make the entire process easier. I will discuss all of these strategies and tips within the context of fat loss diets and maintaining weight following fat loss.
