In addition to coaching women 1:1, I co-founded, Fit and Free, a supportive membership designed to helping women break through binge eating, achieve their dream body and stay consistent in the path toward their health and fitness goals. I host the Balance with Sam Podcast where I share lessons about business, health, mindset and weight loss and I co-host the Decades of Strength podcast, with 3 other women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, to show you that no matter your age or background, it's never too late to achieve your goals.
